Sticker Shock Campaign in Kearny- October 29

HCCDFC would like to thank Kearny High School R.E.A.C.H. students for partnering with us on October 29th to conduct the Sticker Shock Campaign. The Sticker Shock campaign focuses on alcohol prevention by informing customers over 21 to “Keep It Legal.” Approximately 540 stickers that read: “Providing alcohol to those under the age of 21 is Illegal, and the consequences of doing such a thing would include up to 6 months in jail and $1000 fine” were placed on beer packaged items and alcohol. National Night of Conversation

Over the past few months, Prescription Drug Abuse has been a topic of discussion across the nation. Has this discussion happened in your home? In an effort to address the national problem of addiction, the National Night of Conversation on November 19 aims to encourage families to gather for dinner and talk to their children about drugs.
